Beeches on High is an 1870 Victorian home built on the banks of
Spring Creek and close to the heart of Beechworth, an historic gold town
(150m from Post Office).
It is unique from most other Victorian homes as it is built upon the foundations
of 2ft thick granite rock walls, which form another complete basement level to
the home. All up the home is approximately 16 squares and consists of 3
bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 people (2x queen, 1x double,1 sofa
double and 2x singles).
There is also 2 living rooms, a fully self-contained kitchen, large bathroom
including a spa for 2 and shower, separate toilet, washing machine, dryer,
reverse cycle heating /air conditioner and 4 wood fires plus 1 gas.
