Terms of Booking
A minimum 50% deposit is to be paid upon booking; The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Credit Card details must be provided as security regardless of payment choice selected.
By accepting this booking and paying the deposit the guest authorizes costs for any outstanding booking fees, damage, breakages or any items missing from the premises to be deducted from their credit card provided plus 2.5% processing fees.
It is understood credit card deductions will be made in the merchant name of ‘Beechworth Accommodation/ Stratapay’.
If credit card details are not provided a bond by arrangement is to be forwarded with the balance owing prior to arrival, this will be refunded within 7 days of departure.
- Should different members of your group share the payment by credit card, we will require a booking form to be provided by that person.
- The initial booking numbers and cost is final. Any decrease in booking numbers will not change the agreed booking amount.
If cancelled more than 60 days before your arrival date we will refund in full, less a $30 administration fee.
If cancelled less than 60 days a full loss of deposit will be incurred or option to transfer to an alternative date.
Transfers or cancellation less than 30 days will incur a full loss of deposit unless the original booking dates are re-booked and paid in full by a new guest.
Transfers or Cancellations less than 7 days will incur a full loss of the booking amount unless the original booking dates are re-booked and paid in full by a new guest. The amount refunded will be equal to the new booking amount. Ie: if the original booking is higher, then the loss will be the difference.
